This Privacy Policy governs how Patti Ibanez ("I," "me," or "my practice") collects and uses information on pattiibanez.com. By using this site, you agree to the terms outlined here.

WHAT I COLLECT:

I collect information you voluntarily provide such as your name, email address, or phone number, when you fill out a contact form, express interest in working together or join a waitlist for an event or offering. You may visit this site without providing any information at all.

HOW I USE IT:

Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry, keep you informed about events or containers you've expressed interest in or improve your experience on this site. I will never sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Not ever.

This is a practice built on trust. Your information is treated with the same care and discretion I bring to the work itself.

If you'd like to be removed from any mailing list, simply reply to any email with "unsubscribe" and I will remove you promptly.

THIRD PARTIES:

Though I don’t currently, I may work with trusted service providers, such as email platforms or website analytics tools who help me operate this site. These providers are contractually required to keep your information confidential and may not use it for their own purposes.

I may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of myself or others.
